Job Summary / General Description
A Chem-Tech Solutions office team member is responsible for daily fulfillment of all customer service needs. Office team members provide exceptional customer service utilizing a positive team approach for daily challenges in exceeding external and internal customer expectations. The ideal candidate performs all administrative functions depending on the area of need.

Chem-Tech Solutions, Inc. is in Gastonia, NC, established in 1975 – Status: Small Business – Sales throughout the US with product delivery via LTL, dedicated contract carrier and company trucks. Company trucks delivery area includes NC, SC, TN, GA and VA. Primary production of finish product is performed at our Gastonia NC facility.
Position Summary
Team member for office and administrative operations
Timeline: Immediate – interviews begin 03/9/2026
Hourly pay rate – $19.00 per hour

Requirements
Must be at least 20 years old
Part-time status applies while enrolled in school
Employment offers conditional based on satisfactory MVR, physical, drug screen, background check
Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic
Working Sage 100, Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher
Customer service answering phones
Order entry and Receivables
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Execute a new non-compete and non-disclosure Agreement

Ability to work Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm or as school permits
