Maintenance Technician II
Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining equipment, building systems, and the overall facility to support safe and efficient operations. This is a first-shift, Monday through Friday role in a heated and air-conditioned facility.
We will provide training on our application systems and how our customers safely dispense and use our products. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and takes pride in performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and general facility improvements. This role supports daily maintenance activities and collaborates with team members, contractors, and service providers when specialized expertise is needed.

Core Responsibilities
Design, build and repair equipment/systems used by customers to safely dispense our products
Troubleshoot electrical systems, pumps, sensors, controls, and wiring.
Install, repair, and maintain pumps, valves, plumbing components, and mechanical systems.
Assist with troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
Fixing and maintaining mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines
Rebuilding, repairing, and/or replacing equipment/machinery/parts
Performing preventative maintenance
Installing equipment/machinery/parts
Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and systems as directed by supervisor
Collaboration with management and other departments regarding maintenance issues throughout the facility
Complete assignment tickets in accurate and timely manner
Maintain tools in good working order
Accurately document service work, repairs performed, and parts used.
Support inventory management, parts ordering, and customer consultations regarding equipment selection, maintenance, and repair needs.
Travel to local customer sites to support service team when needed.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude with pumps, motors, valves, and industrial machinery.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
Working knowledge of plumbing systems and repair preferred
Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment preferred
Experience leading a service shop, coordinating workflows, or mentoring technicians preferred
Demonstrated 2 years or more working in Maintenance or Similar Role
Mechanical skills and understanding of basic machine functions
Ability to use common tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches
Basic computer skills
Strong work ethic and eye for detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Prior industry experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
